About the position:
GRAPHISOFT's Hungarian Direct Sales Team is looking for a Technical Support Engineer Trainee to join their team. The Team primarily focuses on services towards GRAPHISOFT’s reseller channel, such as providing support for Archicad.

ICore Responsibilities:
Investigate and solve Archicad, BIMx and BIMcloud and Nemetschek products (Solibri, Bluebeam) related questions and issues reported by the reseller channel.
• 1st tier support - communicate questions, issues, and solutions with the end-users and the reseller on many channels
• Create documentation and online articles for knowledgebase and troubleshooting
• Develop and improve documents, materials, and presentations
• Recording customer and error handling in customer tracking systems.
• Master GS internal support system management.
• Proofreading of professional materials.
• Learn about other Nemetschek products (Solibri, Bluebeam) and support system.

• Ongoing studies on architectural field – minimum Bsc degree
• Fluent Hungarian and good English skills - written and verbal
• At least intermediate level Archicad skills (60+% on internal test)
• Customer oriented way of thinking, mature personality
• 20h+ per week availability

Desired Skills:
• Interest in technology - computer networking
• Previous internship at architectural firms
