Service desk intern (language skills: German and English)

Do you speak German and English fluently and are you interested in the world of IT? Then the Getronics team offers the perfect opportunity for you!
In our unique internship program, you will receive comprehensive training about the ins and outs of IT support. If you reach the defined objectives in our 6-month long development program, you will have the chance to transition to full-time employment with us.
- Help end-users by resolving their IT issues and queries
- Provide support through email, chat, or phone
- Support our customers in German and English.
- Professional level of German and English both written and verbal
- Don’t Worry! IT experience is not required
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to find creative solutions to problems
- An interest in the world of IT
- Commitment to complete the full period of the 6-month long program
