In this role you will:
Contact the ’leads’ who apply to our digital marketing campaign as „interested” in freelance mystery shopper opportunities, and turn them to registered shoppers, by explaining them the role, and the process for registration, and make them interested in the opportunity.

Responsibilities in a nutshell:
• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Follow up the leads in a timely manner until it is closed
• Document the journey of the incoming lead in our CRM system
If you’re available to work minimum 3 days/ 24 hours a week and you have…
• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Fluent in English and in at least one other of the following languages: German or French
