Airport Operations Coordinator

Feladatok
Responsibilities:
• Communication, follow-up and assistance in case of irregular operations;
• Drafting and sending operational notifications to Ground Handling Companies and Hotel/Transportation provider;
• Communication with Ground Handlers, following-up on service recovery in real-time;
• Authorization of complementary services;
• On-time monitoring of operational messages;
• Sharing current travel restrictions with ground handling partners and providing assistance for their implementation
• Reporting

Requirements:
• Active university/college student status in Hungary;
• Ability to work in 12-hour rotation (7:00-19:00, 19:00-7:00) including weekends and holidays, maximum 3-4 shifts/week;
• English proficiency;
• Problem solving and organization skills;
• MS Office skills;
• Experience within airport/ground handling operations is an advantage
• Active university/college student status in Hungary;
