Tasks
Core Responsibilities:
Investigate and solve Archicad, BIMx and BIMcloud related questions and issues reported by the reseller channel
• Communicate these questions, issues, and solutions with the reseller channel and with Graphisoft’s Product Development
• Create documentation and online articles for knowledgebase and troubleshooting
• Develop and improve documents, materials, and presentations

Expectations
Requirements:
• Ongoing studies on architectural field
• Good English skills - written and verbal
• At least intermediate level Archicad skills
• 20h+ per week availability
