Tasks
• Analytical projects - data mining / interrogating our energy customer data and market information in Excel, for defined opportunities or characteristics for cost optimisation opportunities (including grid / network / tax)
• Running existing Excel analysis models to optimise customer cost arrangements as above
• Supporting our team of analysts and consultants in identification, qualification and implementation of optimisation measures for our European customers - would include interaction with internal and external stakeholders (client managers, customers, energy suppliers)
• Challenge and improve internal team processes to improve working efficiency, possible projects eg. setting up a team Sharepoint knowledge hub
• Possible opportunity to research European energy policies and market developments
• Working with a team based in UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and local colleagues in Budapest

Expectations
• The primary language for this position is English, therefore advanced and active English knowledge is essential (both spoken and written)
• Be familiar with MS Office, especially Excel
• Skills that will make you successful in your new position: attention to details, critical mindset, analytical thinking, and great communicational skills
• Business experience (especially consultancy or professional services) is a plus

• Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German or French languages is an advantage

• Flexible schedule, minimum 20 hours a week but preferably more
• Working from home is possible, but please note that sometimes office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects)
• Gross salary: 1800 HUF/hour
