Office Manager Intern

At the Continental Autonomous Mobility Hungary, and its Artificial Intelligence Development and Application Development centres, we are creating the next generation of software solutions to power safety-critical systems and enable autonomous driving features in new vehicles around the globe. We are working towards Vision Zero, a goal to eliminate thousands of fatal accidents happening every day on the world’s roads. Our aim is to develop cutting edge techniques that sense and understand the vehicle environment.
Your Task:

- Receptionist of the floor: greeting and helping any guests as their first point of contact
- Kitchen & Meeting room management: monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies, and handling related invoice administration
- Company contracts & documents administration
- Asset management coordination – labels, inventory
- Handling in- and outbound packages, letters, organizing transportation to events, with courier within Hungary and abroad
- Internal event and catering management support: manage access and visits for external guests, greeting guests, keeping contact with catering companies
- Internal motivation system handling
- Supporting Manager Assistant in facility management
- Supporting Manager Assistant in travel management and time administration for all employees end-to-end
- Executive & location management support when being a part-time holiday cover for the Management Assistant
Your profile:
- Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university for at least a year
- Advanced English and native Hungarian language skills
- Work independently, accomplish the tasks accurately and precisely
- Good problem-solving abilities and communication skills
- Collaborative, open-minded, team player attitude
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work 24 hours/week, between 8:30-17:00, on-site at Köztelek street
