Tasks
Customer Satisfaction & Delivery Experience Intern
What you’ll do:
• Control and Follow up of Customer Connects visits (update excel file and Teams)
• Follow up Net satisfaction Score on Delivery (NSSoD) Response Rate
• Customer Stories Follow up and management
• Support the Customer Process Capabilities (CPC) Playbook and Training Material
• Create Newsletter - sharepoint and Yammer Animation
• Constant contact with the other departments to bring a WOW Customer Experience
What you’ll do:

• Logistic generic knowledgement
• Proficient Microsoft, internet, analytics skills
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
• Be self-motivated, resourceful, flexible and customer focused
• Ability to work both independently as well as in a team
• Willingness to learn something new and adapt quickly to changes
• Field of study: preferably Administration or Engineering
