Tasks
Main Tasks:
• Invoice management:
o Data entry of invoices
o Processing and analysis of invoices
o Carry out invoice audits in excel or with internal Schneider Electric tools
o Updating reports
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Expectations
• Ongoing university studies in equivalent field
• You have at least 1 more active semesters left of your studies
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Fluency in English is a must, any other European language is an advantage
• Hungarian language knowledge is an advantage
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Precise, has an attention to detail and an excellent quality focus
• Ability to collaborate in an international environment
• You have at least 1 more active semesters left of your studies
