Tasks
As an HSE Student your main goal is to support the everyday work of the HSE Lead inside the facilities. You will be responsible for the effective performance of the Budapest HSE Team in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting the work of the HSE conwenor
- Supporting HSE acti-vities, campaigns: organising and design of the veneu
- Preparation and placement of communications materials
- HSE related data recording, handling excel and word documents
- Preparation of prezentation materials
- Photo taking on HSE related events
- Ad-hoc HSE related procurements with pool car
- Accompanying a health and safety expert during monthly hazard tour
Implementation of clean desk drives

REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 1 year long active student status (by enrolled at a Hungarian Educational Institute)0
- High School Diploma
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and - Adobe Photoshop
- Advanced English knowledge
- Native Hungarian knowledge
- Type B drivers license
Working hours: min. 20 hours/week
